Join one of our classes. Origin’s classes are also a great way to get back into the fitness game. Our instructors will push you to work hard, and you will thrive off of the supportive group dynamic. As with our gold-standard training, the focus is on burning maximum calories, during and after your session, and maintaining muscle during fat loss – all proven by science.

Elite Circuit with Core Focus: 60 minutes. Total body metabolic conditioning designed to burn a high number of calories in a short period of time. Weights and body weight movements at a high intensity work large muscle groups to increase your strength and fast track your metabolism. Core work during the final segment adds core/trunk strengthening and lengthening. Suitable for all abilities with movement modifications available.
Elite Full Body Circuit: 60 minutes. Total body metabolic conditioning designed to burn a high number of calories in a short period of time. Weights and body weight movements at a high intensity work large muscle groups to increase your strength and fast track your metabolism. Equipment used includes kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, bands. Suitable for all abilities with movement modifications available.
Elite Martial Arts Conditioning: 60 minutes. High energy strength and conditioning class based on martial arts movements and techniques from boxing, kickboxing and hand-to-hand CQC (close quarter combat), sequenced to boost your metabolism and burn calories. Class is designed to develop your power in your punches, kicks and strikes while also teaching you the energy systems, hand-eye coordination and footwork to move and look like a fighter. Bonus: you will learn some self-defense techniques. Equipment needed: MMA gloves (hand wraps optional).
Elite Cardio Kickboxing: 60 minutes. High-energy workout combining boxing techniques with fast-paced strength and conditioning. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Develop skilled boxing hand and footwork using bags and pads and challenge your energy systems during the circuit phase. Class limited to 6 participants. All equipment provided, bring your own boxing gloves if you prefer.
Youth Conditioning and Self-Defense: 45 minutes, Ages 10-18. Strength and conditioning class incorporating martial arts and self-defense techniques. Set the stage for lifelong healthy habits while gaining discipline, confidence, awareness and social understanding. Develop balance, hand-eye coordination, power and agility via strength training and a blend of Filipino martial arts training, including the Balintawak system used by soldiers and law enforcement professionals. Mentally, learn to work hard, believe in yourself and stay focused under pressure. Foster physical and mental strength to defend yourself when needed and manage life’s challenges: from school, to sports, to friends. The focus is on how to defend yourself, not how to fight.
