Fitness is key to personal and professional success. To help my clients achieve their fitness goals, I draw upon my Master’s degree in Exercise Science, my martial arts practice, and my experience training different populations, from future Division I athletes to senior citizens seeking to improve their quality of life.
I’m driven to help my clients achieve their goals. I motivate clients and keep them informed about how they will progress. I also understand the need for coaching. Even the most motivated practitioners, without proper coaching, can unknowingly develop bad habits that hinder progress. My coaching provides an objective perspective that leads to more consistent progress.
My other passions include Tai Chi, boxing and Filipino martial arts. I use elements from these disciplines to enhance training sessions. As a child, I was inspired by the seemingly invincible characters in martial arts movies. They were heroes of their universe who led and helped others without fear. This strength is what I strive to develop in myself and others, including my clients.
